| This research-based study presents the development of a practical toolkit designed to help
small businesses leverage social media growth using artificial intelligence (AI). Small businesses
often face significant challenges in maintaining a consistent online presence due to limited time,
budget restraints, and a lack of technical experience. The study explores strategic integration of
AI chatbots and traditional marketing techniques to generate high quality customized content.
Findings demonstrate that AI technologies are one of the best implementations for small
businesses to efficiently create tailored content and manage an online presence while reducing
time and cost investment. By combining these mechanisms into a user-friendly tool kit, this
study will teach small business owners development and scalable solutions necessary for
businesses seeking sustainable growth in a digital economy.
